About 4 weeks prior to the overall WDP discussion, the manager (withinput from the individual) identifies and requests feedback from theindividual"s key customers, including direct reports if the individualmanages others. For most individuals, input from 3 to 4 customers shouldsuffice. THE INDIVIDUAL COMPLETES PARTS 2 THROUGH 4 AND MODIFIES THEM (ASNEEDED), BASED ON DISCUSSION WITH THE MANAGER.
